Technical Sailing Talks - Safety Boats and Race Officer duties

This talk will be a refresher for anyone doing safety boat duties for Sailability, Dinghy Racing or Dinghy Cruising cover all the key aspects. The Race Officers talk will cover setting start lines at sea for both Cruisers and Dinghies as well as setting courses in the estuary. it will also cover the new dynamic risk assessment process for dinghy racing.
