Exe Juniors Take on the World in Travemunde
Five of our dedicated junior RS Tera sailors recently travelled to Travemunde, North Germany, to proudly fly the flag for Exe Sailing Club at the combined RS Games and Tera World Championships. 1000 MILE SPONSORED BIKE RIDE IN AID OF SAILABILITY REACHES SCOTLAND
Retired local GP and long-standing Exe Sailing Club member Mark Nicholson set out on July 19 th to cycle from Land's End to John O'Groats. The 1000 mile journey will take 2 weeks to complete averaging 70 miles each day and he is now more than half way and has crossed into Scotland. Exe Teras Dominate at South West Junior Championships
Our Exe Sailing Club junior Tera sailors took top honours in the South West Junior Championships, held at Weymouth & Portland National Sailing Academy on 20th and 21st June. Despite light winds across the weekend severely limiting racing, all our resilient Exe juniors still managed to have lots of fun and impress on the water. Girls Go Sailing Cruise to Dartmouth | 16-17 May 2026
Six boats with female skippers and 25 women and girls crewing sailed to beautiful Dartmouth from Exe Sailing Club to enjoy the Music Festival on the weekend of 16th-17th May.
