Exe Sailing Club

As an RYA registered training centre we can offer our members a wide range of sailing and powerboat courses. These include introductory dinghy sailing RYA level 1, 2 ad 3 for adults and youth stage 1-4, day sailing and seamanship courses, introduction to racing and performance sailing courses and various instructor courses.

During the winter months we also offer  RYA Shorebased courses in; Basic Navigation and Safety, Day Skipper and Coastal Skipper/Yachtmaster. For details on these, please look at the course information provided and the club calendar. Look out also for first aid and VHF courses.   

When all course places are not taken by members, we may be in a position to offer courses to non-members.  Please contact Jen for more details.

River Exe Regatta Project.  Members who are willing to volunteer with training and wish to improve their qualifications may be able to get assistance with funding from the Regatta Project.  For more details, go to the Links section and see the terms and application form or talk to the training staff.
